Tired Teens/Lounging Lizards
Tired Teens is a support network for young people and parents/carers of young people living with post-viral malaise or have a diagnosis of ME/CFS or any other condition that means the young person has reduced energy levels and therefore is not able to fully participate in all elements of life.
The Lounging Lizards is a chat/Art Therapy group for young people living with fatiguing conditions. Teens to young adults are welcomed. This group is held on Wednesday afternoons and is supported by our Art Therapist. General chat with the option of Art Therapy processes are involved.
Chat Support Groups
Support Groups operate Monday, Wednesday and Friday for people living with fatiguing conditions. Groups are on a drop in basis held online.
In COVID safe times a monthly coffee group meets – contact us to find out when the next group meet-up is planned. Please note we are very cognisant of the current COVID risks and are only holding this group at the request of our members. All other chat groups are held via zoom to decrease both the energy needed to participate and to keep you COVID safe.
